PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Returning to Spokane in 2012 for his second season in the AFL, Adron missed only one game and confirmed his rookie season preview of his potential. Adron set frachise single-season records in receptions (157), yardage (1810), touchdowns (40), and points in a season (240). During his rookie campaign in 2011, Tennell made the most of his opportunities and collected 42 receptions for 469 yards with 13 touchdowns in only six games. Tennell recorded a career-high in receptions (11) in a critical game against the San Jose SaberCats and recorded another career-high in touchdown receptions (5) against the Utah Blaze at the Joe Albi Summer Classic.
COLLEGE: In 2009 (senior season) at Oklahoma, Adron registered 24 receptions for 297 yards and 4 touchdowns. As a junior, Adron saw action in all 12 games for the Sooners. His sophomore season would be cut short due to a ACL tear that would also hold him out of spring drills going into his junior year. As a true freshman in 2006, Adron played in all 12 games for the Sooners serving as a back up wide receiver.
PERSONAL: A graduate of Irving High School in Irving, TX; Adron posted a tremendous prep career. As a senior, Adron finished the season with more than 1,000 receiving yards and rushed for another 1,127 yards. He was selected and played in the U.S. Army High School All-American game, was ranked as the 36th player in the ESPN 150, and was ranked the number five wide receiver in the nation by ESPN.com.
