SPOKANE, WA (June 14^th, 2012) – This Friday, June 15^th the Spokane Shock and The Tailgater Sports Bar will host “Dunk Cancer with the Shock” from 1-4pm.The event will raise funds for Cancer Care North West Foundation and include a Dunk Tank that will allow fans the opportunity to ‘dunk’ Rockstar Dance Team Members and Shock Players.

For five (5) dollars, fans will receive three (3) football throws at the dunk tank. Those able to ‘dunk’ a Dance Team Member or Shock Player will receive a FREE ticket to Saturday’s game against the Utah Blaze at 7pm at the Spokane Arena.

Hot 96.9 Radio will be present at the event with a live remote and The Tailgater Sports Bar will be extending daily specials for those attending.
